Does highloot affect the drop rates of legendary items and those endgame tiered items?
Ditto this wasnt exactly answered but is a very good question as I have yet to have a legendary drop in normal Synergies after about 75-100+ hours of play. Albiet not all of it was in game content but you have said:
I have considered multiple times cutting back the loot in synergies. the problem is... at level 100 your are completely inadequate to move on into the 'end game'. Without many many more hours of farming/replaying the same things, which i personally HATE, and don't want.
Currently the system is built to prepare you to move into the 'hard' part of the game, not keep you in the vanilla part. It is WHY the loot drops a bit more, and why mapworks vendors are the way they are. my goal has always been an extension of what they made, not only a rework of their current content. that in mind, it works the way it is.
If we are ment to be geared for end game content without continuos farming vanilla it would make sence to have legendarys apart of that.
I play with Low Pop, less monsters = less loot and less chance to get better gear, so I have been considering HIGHER Loot to aid in preping for end game and reducing farming.
I would like to know as well if HIGHER Loot makes Legendaries and Tier items to drop more often as well.
I have looked in numerous threads trying to find an answer about this and have NOT found a DEFINATIVE answer.
