Hey everyone!
Have a class idea you want to share with like-minded players?
Need help fleshing out skills / passives / chargebar ideas?
Leave a link!

There have been a few brainstormed classes on this forum, and I
thought that it would be good to centralize these ideas into a
single topic for easy reference.

That way, forum-goers can have an easy time finding inspiration
from other players, and who knows?
Perhaps you could find someone to help make your class a reality.

Charge bar is one of the biggest problems you will run into with new classes, you have to be very careful on trying to get that done as early as you can in the production.
People motivate themselves, and are inspired by others.

At least for the Pirate class, couldn't I just copy the coding from the Engineer charge bar? They are functionally the same, but the pirate
uses Doubloons vs.  Pips.

Yeah. The Engineer charge bar is the easiest to transfer over since it doesn't permanently save any affixes to the character.
