Buffing the hexes?
« on: January 31, 2014, 08:58:18 AM »
Hi fellas.

Started an Outlander yesterday, after months of not playing the class and thought of something - why not buff Vortex Hex and possibly Repulsion Hex for Synergies? Especially Vortex Hex was almost useless even in vanilla and even more so in Synergies. With the tons of enemies that the mod offers it's not enough to help you survive, so why not buff it? Sure, there's the low-pop mod, but that's not reason to leave it at that.

The synergy between VH and VH (Vortex Hex and Venomous Hail, lol Runic either didn't think those names through or did this intentionally :P ) would be amazing if the hex was doing it's job properly and was pulling 4-5 enemies (8-9 with the tier bonus) instead of 3 (5 with the bonus). :)

ya the necromancer has a much better version of vortex hex..  I definitely agree, this version sucks.  I will see if I can come up with some fun ideas for it.
