Hello everyone, here's some Info that seems no one has put up earlier.

T1/T1.5 items are Mythical items, Mythical items can not be enchanted by normal enchanters (except for the Ice, Fire, Electric and Poison enchanters) and only drops in Darkness Falls, you can not add any more Sockets than they already come with (1 socket for Armor pieces, and 2 sockets for weapon and shields), and instead they can use the T1 Special Enchants and T1 items can use Mythical Skulls that are much more beneficial compared to normal or Legendary Skulls, T1 Mythical items can only be socketed with Mythical Skulls, T1.5 can no longer hold Mythical Skulls due to being change to be Ilvl 110 a couple of version ago.

Special enchants: Special Enchants can only be added to T1/T1.5 items (The only exception is Weapons, they can not use Special Enchants), Special Enchant stations are available in The Ember Steps,  and requires the corresponding soul stone for it to give you the enchant you choose, each T1/T1.5 item can have up to 4 Special Enchants on it, there are a total of 8 different Special Enchants and you can mix and match 4 different ones on any T1/T1.5 item if you want to. You can enter The Ember Steps from a green portal in the Estherian Enclave (Act1 basecamp), you can buy act1-4/Table Mountain TP scrolls from the Multipurpose NPC in Table Mountains, and can also buy Table Mountains TP scrolls from the act1 NPC Salan WitherWind. If you wish to remove special enchants from an item you can use any Fire, Ice, Electrical or Ice enchanter, but it will remove all special enchants on that item if you disenchant.
The 8 Special Enchants are:
Health: +750 Health
Critical Damage: +12%
All Damage Reduction: +6%
Crit chance: +6%
Dodge: +6%
Block: +6%
Damage Bonus: +6%
Missile Reflection: +6%

Soul Stones: Soul Stones are dropped by T1 Bosses, Boss Chest and the boss Minions(Does not drop from Challenge Chest), each boss has a Soul Stone assigned to its drop table, for example, Nazich drops the +Health Soul Stone and Rak'var drops the +Missile Reflection Soul Stone. You require 1 Angelic Soul + 1 Soul Stone to craft a completed Soul Stone (that can be used for the Special Enchant)

Uncut Soulstone: A soulstone that has yet to be refined into a basic soulstone, can be made into which ever soulstone you want by buying the corresponding Soulstone Catalyst from the Darkness Falls NPC "Akhir the Soulmaster" and then trasmuting it, recipe: 1x Uncut Soulstone + 1x Soulstone Catalyst.

Mythical Skulls: Mythical Skulls drops only from the Boss Chest (Does not drop from Challenge Chest OR from Boss itself), each T1 Boss has a set number of Mythical Skulls tied to their Boss Chest they can drop, for example, Abe's Boss Chest can drop: Leyara's Inevitable Victory, Dragon Skull and Abe's Handy Sidekick. Mythical Skulls can not be socketed in anything else than T1 Mythical Items.

Souls: There are 5 different types of souls that can drop, Minor, Lesser, Greater, Magnificent and Angelic, Angelic Soul is what you need to Soulcraft T0/T0.5 gear and is a required ingredient in transmuting a complete Soul Stone for Special Enchants for your T1/T1.5 gear. You use 10Minor to make 1 Lesser, You use 10 Lesser to make 1 Greater, you use 10 Greater to make 1 Magnificent and you use 5 Magnificent to make 1 Angelic. Greater Souls drops from Derinkuyu Bosses(T0), Magnificent Souls drops from Or'ak Pass/Basin Bosses(T0.5), and Magnificent+ Angelic Souls drops from Darkness Falls Bosses + Boss Chest(T1/T1.5). There is also a recipe to transmute any T0/T0.5/T1/T1.5 item into 1x Greater Soul, recipe is: Any T0/t0.5/T1/T1.5 item +1 Potion Catalyst = 1 Greater Soul, You can buy Potion Catalysts from the Multipurpose NPC in Table Mountains. Souls do not have a 100% drop-chance and it might take you a moderate amount of time to get enough Angelic souls to do what you want with your gear.

You can have a look at this spreadsheet to learn what boss drops what: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dW8PTu3ax8ebsJYnC5bmHmQrDdLtbiwF40k_y5N4D8A/edit?usp=sharing

Seen more and more threads about it, so thought it was about time someone make a thread to clarify what is what,  and what does that :D

Can weapons be enchanted using regular enchanters then? Or do weapons fall behind in the enchant department?

Yes, you can use the normal enchanters for T1 Weapons.

when the next stage is put in you will be able to do special enchants on the weapons at the elemental forge.  Just not there yet.

What do you do with the uncut soulstones??

You can make an Uncut Soulstone into whatever soulstone you want by buying the corresponding Soulstone Catalyst from the Merchant in Darkness Falls named "Akhir the Soulmaster", he sells all the Soulstone Catalysts, so basically you can choose which one you want to make it into if you get an uncut soulstone, it's something i forgot to add to the info, recipe is: 1x Uncut Soulstone + 1 Soulstone Catalyst (which ever you choose).

Also, T1.5 items can no longer hold Mythical Skulls since they were changed by Salan to be Ilvl 110(and mythical skulls are ilvl 120), so if anyone wonders why it was in the info, it's simply because at the time you could, just gonna remove that now tho.

Well, the missile reflection is only 22% with 4 enhances in a single item, and I feel it should be stronger than current.

According to mechanism of torchlight 2, the total missile reflection calculation is like '1-[(1-A)*(1-B)*(1-C)]'. (A, B, C is 3 different sources offer missile reflection)

So let us make a example, A Berserker with lv 15 ice shield (90% chance of reflection) active and 2 other armors that offer 22% and 12% chances of missile reflection respectively. The total reflection is like 1-[(1-0.9)*(1-0.22)*(1-0.12)]=0.93. What do u see? 12% and 22% is like a total 6 enhancements with missile reflection, but this only gives u 3% more chances to reflect missiles.

The most critical thing is according to the formula, little chances of missile reflection (like 22% for 4* soul stone enhancement) can stacked poorly. The total reflection chances will affected by those part with a larger chance mainly.

The biggest source of Missile reflection is always given it's full value, while the other sources are diminishing, that is why the lvl 15 Ice Shield actually gives you a full 90%. The furher you get to 100% the less every single point actually adds. Which is one of the reasons i always recommend ppl to get 60-68% missile reflect at best as that is kind of an easily obtainable sweet-spot when you have enough gear.

As for the mathematical formulas behind it, i don't know it, haven't checked it in GUTS and i don't want to either hehe :P

90% means out of 100 times you get hit 10 times.
93% means out of 100 times you get hit 7 times.
(1-7/10)*100=30% so you decrease your chance of being hit by 30%. Just by adding 3% on top of the 90%.
Every percent extra will increase the benefit of the next percent, when you talk about mitigation percentages.

Yes that is correct, what exactly is your point? that's basic math and understanding, it is the mathematical formula behind Missile Reflections behavior that we were discussing, which i pointed out i haven't looked at and have no desire to look at (since the % itself is pretty clear what it does and you see/feel the result yourself).

The only class which can realistically reach 70%+ Missile reflection, is ofc the Berserker with Ice Shield, 90% is already way over what you need to survive against missiles, you need to balance your defensive stats or you will die anyway, just going hardcore Missile Reflection will make sure you lack other defensive stats or offensive stats.
